Microsurgery treatment of acoustic neuromas:analysis of 36 cases

目的:探讨听神经瘤手术影响面神经功能的因素。方法:对36例听神经瘤行显微手术切除的病例进行探讨肿瘤的大小、切除程度及显微镜下肿瘤的囊性变等对愈后的影响。结果:术后面神经损伤与术中多种因素有关。结论:总结听神经瘤手术对面神经损伤的因素有助于保护面神经,促进术后面神经功能的恢复,提高听神经瘤手术质量。

Objective： To determine the local factors influencing facial nerve functions in excision of acoustic neuromas. Methods： Acoustic neuromas were microsurgically removed in 36 patients. The size of the tumor, the degree of the tumor resection, cystic formation of the tumor, the anatomical location of the tumor to the facial nerve, and the degree of adhesion formation between the facial nerve and the tumor were analysed. Results： The factors of facial nerve injuries relate to various factors of the operation. Conclusion： To study the local factors influencing facial nerve functions in excision of acoustic neummas which is important for facial nerve function recovery.
