手术室护士工作压力与心理健康状况的调查分析

Investigation on the Job Stressors and Mental Health among Nurses Working in Operation Room

目的:了解手术室护士的工作压力和心理健康状况及两者之间的相关性。方法:采用护士工作压力源量表和症状自评量表对石河子大学医学院四所附属医院的手术室护士采取整群抽样的方法发放问卷调查。结果:手术室护士工作压力源在五个因子上的均分为:护理专业及工作方面的问题为2.71±0.67,时间分配及工作量问题为2.68±0.76,工作环境及仪器设备的问题为2.24±0.87,病人护理方面的问题为2.57±0.68,管理及人际关系方面的问题为2.41±0.77,工作压力总均分为2.55±0.61。手术室护士SCL-90总分≥160分的有28人,占手术室护士总人数的26.4%,手术室护士SCL-90得分与工作压力呈正相关。结论:手术室护士的工作压力在中等水平,心理健康状况低于常模,主要表现在强迫症状与躯体化方面。感受到工作压力大的手术室护士SCL-90评分高,心理健康状况较差。

Objective： The study is to investigate the current status of the working pressure, and the mental health of the operating nurses, as well as to understand the relations. Methods： Applying the Nurse Job Stressors scale and the SCL- 90 Questionnaire to investigate all the operating nurses that comes from four affiliated hospitals of medical college of Shihezi University. Inputting the original data into the computers and then learn the statistical analysis with the software package of SPSS 13.0. Results： The stressors of the operating nurses are divided into five factors and each mean mark of the five aspects are as follows：2.71 ± 0.67 at the aspect of nursing profession and work;2.68 ± 0.76 at time distribution and workload; 2.24 ± 0.87 at the working environments and equipments; 2.57 ±0.68 at the patient nursing, and 2.41±0.77 at the management as well as human relations. The total mean score is 2.55 ± 0.61.26.4% of the operating nurses got more marks than 160 at the SCL- 90,There is significant correlation between the mental status and the pressure that the operating nurses felt. Conclusion：The operating nurses＇ work- related stress is in the moderate level. The mental health is worse than the Chinese norm,especially at the term of sematization and obsessive - compulsive. The marks of the SCL- 90 scale is higher in the operating nurses who felt more working pressure aod accordingly whose mental health is worse.
