稻粒黑粉菌侵染水稻不育系的细胞学研究 被引量:7

摘要 在水稻不育系开花期接种Neovosiahorrida的细胞学研究表明,病菌对“珍汕97A”比“D90A”“G46A”及“K17A”有较高的侵染率。病菌不进入水稻的细胞,也不侵入胚囊,在菌丝周围的花柱及子房细胞无可见的变化,也都具有正常的质壁分离能力。接种后12小时,水稻子房细胞膜透性高于不接种的对照,但在24小时以后,除“珍汕97A”的细胞膜透性显著上升之外,其余3个不育系接近或低于不接种的水平。 Four male sterile lines of rice were inoculated with Neovossia horrida in field during anthesis stage of rice growth.As a result,the infection rate of Zhen Shan 97A was higher than that of D90A,G46A and K17A.Around hyphae,style and ovary cells showed no visible changes and plasmolysis ability was similar to the uninoculated control.For all of these four lines,the permeability of ovary cell membrane increased in 12 hrs after inoculation, but decreased to the same level as or lower level than the control in 24 hrs except Zhen Shan 97A.
