摘要
收集市场上的缝纫线用涤纶长丝,进行宏观物理性能及内在微观结构测试分析;采用自行研制的多级牵伸设备及技术,生产的细旦高强低伸涤纶长丝从生产成本、纤维性能控制等方面较好地解决了该类纤维问题。
The properties and microstructure of several kinds of PET filament used for sewing thread made by three different process routes were tested and analyzed. Their dependence relation between physical performance and molecular structure were discussed. It was pointed out that PET filament used for sewing thread must tiave the properties of high tenacity, low shrinkage and low elongation. The microstructure of products must be high crystallization , small amorphous area and low orientation in amorphous area.
