摘要
依据化学合成原理,采用原位一体工艺,合成聚酰胺酸(PAA),通过正硅酸乙酯的改性,制成聚酰亚胺复合材料;采用SME、紫外可见光谱、傅立叶红外变换表征性能。结果表明,无机小分子在聚酰亚胺(PI)基体中分散情况均匀、良好,材料对紫外光有优越的吸收性能,并具有低的介电常数。
The polyamide acid(PAA) is synthesised by the principle of chemical synthesis & in-situ process, and the polyimide composites is made by TEOS the modified. The characterization of these materials is performanced by SME, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, fourier transform infrared. The resuhs showed that the dispersion in small inorganic molecules in the matrix PI is uniform, good, the absorption properties of these material is superior in UV, and this is a low dielectric constant.
