道德规范的内容可以使我们知道应该做什么不应该做什么。但其是否能真正有效首先取决于它自身的特性,即一定范围内的普适性和现实性,其次取决于社会对它的应用。因此,道德规范的有效需要一些机制。这些机制必须能保持道德规范的内涵始终与社会的发展一致,必须能促进道德规范在现实生活世界的应用。

Moral rule's content may cause us to know what we should do and what we shouldn't do. But whether it can true effective first be decided by it own characteristic, namely in certain scope's universality and the feasibility, next decided by the social application. Therefore, moral rule effective need some mechanisms. These mechanisms must be able to maintain moral rule connotation always consistent with the development of society, and must be able to promote ethics in the real life world applications.
