摘要
随着科学技术的进步，出现了食品辐照保藏技术．由于它的有效性、卫生安全性和无化学残留等优点而正在受到国内外的关注．现仅就食品辐照的必要性、卫生安全性，国内外应用现状及其发展前景作一简要综述．
The last decade has witnessed significant advancement of the scientific and technology especially in nuclear science and technology. This paper reviews the latest development in the field of food irradiation with particular reference to practical application, wholesomeness, necessity and prospects.
