摘要
本文提出了将一种新的SAPWM(Saddle Pulse Width Modulation)整流器应用到航空电力作动器来将115V/ 400Hz交流电变换为280V直流电。文中通过仿真将SAPWM整流器和SPWM整流器做了对比,证明了SAPWM整流器在高输出功率方面的优势。同样也证明了SAPWM整流技术可以更好地控制大范围变化的负载电流。本文将一个10kW的电力作动器控制过程的功率剖面作为例子研究了SAPWM整流器的设计和控制方法。通过仿真分析得出SAPWM整流器可以得到低的谐波分量和高的功率因数。最后得出SAPWM整流技术更适合航空电力作动器的应用。
The paper presents an application of a new SAPWM (Saddle Pulse Width Modulation) rectifier for the driver of electric actuator to transform 115V/400Hz AC power to 280V DC power. In this paper, a comparison between SPWM rectifier and SAPWM rectifier is made by simulation, it proves that the SAPWM rectifier is superior for its higher output power. It also proves that the SAPWM rectify technology can control wide-range current better. The design and control method of the SAPWM rectifier are studied in this paper. And power section in the control process of a 10kW electric actuator is taken as an example. It is also presented that SAPWM rectifier can attain reduced harmonic components and advanced power factor. The conclusion can finally be drew from the analysis that the SAPWM rectify technology is more suitable to be applied in the electric actuator.
