摘要
[目的]研究刺槐幼苗的光合生理特征。[方法]对3个饲料型刺槐无性系的主要光合生理指标进行对比分析。[结果]结果表明,3个无性系的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)和气孔导度(Gs)之间差异明显。相关分析发现,光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈极显著相关,与胞间CO2浓度呈一定的相关性;蒸腾速率与气孔导度、光合速率呈极显著相关。[结论]该研究为饲料型刺槐的栽培和耐旱性研究提供理论依据。
[Objective] The purpose was to study the photosynthetic-physiological characteristics among the robinia seedlings.[Method] The main physiological characteristics of the 3 clone robinia seedlings for forage were studied.[Result]The results indicated that the photosynthesizes rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),water use efficiency(WUE),stomata conductivity(Gs) of 3 clones robinia seedlings had the significant difference.According to the correlation analysis,the photosynthesizes rate(Pn) had the highly significant correlation with transpiration rate(Tr) and stomata conductivity(Gs) and had significant correlation with intercellular CO2 concentration.The transpiration rate(Tr) had highly significant correlation with stomata conductivity(Gs) and photosynthesizes rate(Pn).[Conclusion]This research will provide the theoretical references for growth and drought tolerance of robinia.
