摘要
作为一种新型、方便的报告标记,来自多管水母属的绿色荧光蛋白(GFP),相对于其他报告蛋白(如β-半乳糖苷酶和萤火虫荧光素酶)在原位、实时动态研究中具有很多优越性,已广泛应用于农作物科学研究的各个领域。就GFP的特性及其在农作物研究中应用作一简要阐述。
As a kind of new and convenient report marker,compared with other report proteins（β-galactosidase and firefly luciferase）,the green fluorescent protein（GFP） from Aequorea has many superiorities in the in situ and real time dynamic researches and has been widely applied in each domain of crop scientific research.The characteristics of GFP and its application in the research of crops were briefly expounded.
