摘要 [目的]明确肉质根大小对胡萝卜采种的影响。[方法]以“甜红1号”胡萝卜采种亲本植株为试材,设种株肉质根平均单根重为50、100、150 g3个处理,探索其对胡萝卜种株发育及开花结实的影响。[结果]胡萝卜肉质根平均单根重为150 g的株宽度显著高于其他处理,一、二级侧枝数为平均单根重150 g的最多。3个处理的始花期在5月26-28日,平均单根重150 g的盛花期为6月2日,比平均单根重50和100 g的分别早7和3 d。平均单根重100和150 g的主枝产量/单株产量、一级侧枝产量和一级侧枝千粒重显著高于平均单根重50 g的,而一级侧枝产量/单株产量显著低于平均单根重50 g的。[结论]胡萝卜肉质根大小的3个处理在单株产量、主枝产量和主枝千粒重方面无显著差异。 [Objective] The study aimed to make clearly the effect of fleshy root weight on seed collecting of carrot.[Method] With the seed collecting parent plant of carrot Tianhong 1 as the tested material,3 treatments of classified average fleshy root weight(50,100,150 g) of seed plants were set up to explore their effects on development,flowering and seed setting of carrot seed plant.[Result] The plant width of carrot seed plants with average fleshy root weight of 150 g was significantly higher than other treatments and the number of the first-order and second order lateral branches with the average root weight of 150 g were most.The initial flowering period of 3 treatments was from May 26 to May 28 and the blooming period of seed plants with average root weight of 150g was June 2,being 7 and 3 d earlier than that of the first-order and second order lateral branches with the average root weight of 50 and 100 g.The Yield of leading branches/individual plant and that of first-order lateral branches,1 000-seed weight of first-order lateral branches of plants with the average root weight of 100 and 150 g were significantly higher than that of plants with average root weight of 50 g,whereas the yield of first order lateral branches / individual plant was significantly lower than that of plants with the average root weight of 50 g.[Conclusion] There was no significant difference on yield of individual plant and leading branch,and 1000-seed weight of leading branch among all 3 treatments.
