小肽替代鱼粉对异育银鲫生产性能及鱼体组成的影响 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]为在水产饲料中应用小肽提供试验性参考依据。[方法]试验选用平均体重(16.19±0.25)g/尾的异育银鲫240尾,随机分4组,对照组、试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ中小肽的添加量分别为0、20.03、0.0和40.0 g/kg饲料。每天投饲3次,分别为6:301、3:30和18:30,投饲率为鱼体重的3%-4%,水温24-28℃,pH值6.8-8.0,DO〉5 mg/L,饲养45 d。[结果]试验得出,各试验组和对照组的异育银鲫增重率、饵料系数差异不显著(P〉0.05),其中试验组Ⅱ的饵料系数在所有试验组中最低;饲料中添加适量的小肽替代部分鱼粉可以显著提高饲料的干物质消化率(P〈0.05),可以提高粗蛋白质表观消化率、磷表观消化率,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),但降低了粗脂肪的表观消化率(P〉0.05);另外,饲料中添加适量的小肽替代部分鱼粉对异育银鲫鱼体组成没有显著影响(P〉0.05),其中试验组Ⅱ的鱼体组成和对照组最接近。[结论]试验结果表明,在饲料中添加适量的小肽替代鱼粉,对异育银鲫生产性能及鱼体组成无显著影响,还可以有效降低饲料成本。 [Objective] The reference for application of small peptide in aquatic feed was provided.[Method] 240 Crucian carp with the average weight(16.19g±0.25) were randomly divided into 4 groups and the amount of 0,20.0,30.0 and 40.0 g peptide was added in per kg feed in the control group,the group Ⅰ,the group Ⅱ and the group Ⅲ,respectively.Fishes were fed for 3 times per day at 6:30,13:30 and 18:30,respectively.Feeding rate of the amount to fish weight was from 4% to 3%;the water temperature was 24~28 ℃;pH value was 6.8~8.0;DO was more than 5 mg/L and feeding day was 45 days.[Results] The result indicated that there was no significant difference(P〉0.05) between the test and control groups in the rate of weight gain and the coefficient of peptide to feed,among which,the coefficient of peptide to feed was lowest in the group Ⅱ.The digestibility of dry matter for fish could be significantly improved(P〈0.05) while the peptide was added in diet;and while the peptide was added in diet the apparent digestibility of crude protein and phosphorus could be increased without significant difference(P〉0.05),but the apparent digestibility of crude fat was reduced(P〉0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference(P〉0.05) in carp body composition based on the partial application of peptide in diet,in which,the carp body composition of group Ⅱ was the closest to the that of the control group.[Conclusion] The suitable addition of peptide replacement of fish meal did not significantly affect the productivity and body composition of Crucian carp but the cost of feed was effectively reduced.
