摘要
[目的]为阐述毛囊生物学特性和生长调控机制奠定基础。[方法]在无菌条件下分离绒山羊初级毛囊并培养于无血清DMEM培养基和Williams E培养基中,观测毛囊的生长速度及形态学变化。[结果]毛囊在无血清DMEM培养基中的生长速度是0.034 mm/d(前3d),在生长过程中毛囊的层次结构及形态可长时间保持不变;在无血清Williams E培养基中生长速度是0.077 mm/d(前3 d),明显加快。[结论]绒山羊初级毛囊在2种培养基中生长速度差异显著(P<0.05),更适合在Williams E无血清培养基中生长。
[Objective] The aim of this study is to lay a foundation for illustrating the biological characteristics and growth regulation mechanism of hair follicles.[Method] Cashmere goat primary hair follicles were separated under aseptic condition and cultured in serum-free DMEM and Williams E media respectively;subsequently,the growth rate and morphological changes were observed under the inverted microscope.[Result] Hair follicles cultured in serum-free DMEM media showed a growth rate of 0.034 mm/d during the first 3 days,whose structure and morphological characteristics could maintian a stable status for a long time in the growth process.Hair follicles grew much faster in the serum-free Williams E media with a growth rate of 0.077 mm/d during the first 3 days.[Conclusion] There were significant differences(P〈0.05) between the growth rate of cashmere goat hair follicles in the two kinds of media.Serum-free Williams E medium was superior to serum-free DMEM medium.
