摘要
[目的]用HPLC法测定木糖结晶液中糖组分。[方法]色谱柱为SCR-101N糖分析柱(7.9 mm×30 cm),柱温为40℃,流动相为水,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测器为视差检测器。[结果]以峰高定量,葡萄糖、木糖和阿拉伯糖在4-80 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,R^2分别为0.9993、0.9997和0.9995,平均回收率分别为100.4%(n=5,RSD=1.8%)、98.1%(n=5,RSD=0.8%)和99.4%(n=5,RSD=1.4%)。[结论]该方法测定木糖结晶液糖含量快速,结果准确、可靠。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the sugar components of crystallization solution of xylose by HPLC method.[Method] The samples were separated in sugar-analysis column of SCR-101N(7.9 mm×30 cm) at 40 ℃,which eluted with water(1.0 ml/min).The detector was refractive index detector(RID).[Result] Quantitative analysis results of glucose,xylose and arabinose by peak height showed that the linear range was 4-80 mg/ml.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 3,0.999 7 and 0.999 5 respectively.The corresponding average recoveries were 100.4%(n=5,RSD=1.8%),98.1%(n=5,RSD=0.8%),99.4%(n=5,RSD=1.4%) respectively.[Conclusion] The method of determining the sugar components of xylose crystallization solution was simple,and the result was rapid and accurate.
