湖北省荆州市川店镇基本农田土地整理项目评价分析

Analysis on Land Consolidation Project Evaluation of Basic Farmland in Chuandian Town of Hubei Province

在资源条件评价的基础上,对湖北省荆州市川店镇土地开发整理项目效益进行了分析与评价。结果表明,项目实施后,将显著提高项目区土地利用率和利用效益,粮食产量增加,经济快速发展,具有较高的综合效益,改善了耕作条件和生活质量。

The benefit of land consolidation project of basic farmland in Chuandian Town of Hubei Province was analyzed and evaluated in this essay on basis of appraising resource conditions.The results indicated that the land utilization and using efficiency in project area would be enhanced in evidence,increasing grain yield,accelerating economic development and having comprehensive benefits, which would improve tillage condition and life quality.
