用GIS实现口岸外来有害媒介生物动态监控

摘要 以GIS技术为核心,用宁波口岸现有的视频监控网络,将现场查验与监控终端有效联系起来,对相关数据进行系统分析,为疫病疫情的控制提供预警和风险评估;通过计算机系统对地图视觉化效果、地理分析和其他数据库的集中管理,构筑外来有害生物入侵警示系统和突发性事件处理体系,使得在处理涉及时空事件中更加高效和快捷,也为牢固树立防止有害生物入侵安全屏障提供技术保障。 Based on GIS(Geographic Information System, spot recognition and monitor terminal were effectively combined up by available video surveillance network in Ningbo port,and relative data were also systematically analyzed, which could provide early warning and risk assessment for the control of phytophthora blight and epidemic situation. Visual figures, geographic analysis and other database were managed by computer system; invasion warning system against alien pests and working system for emergency were established to improve the efficiency and velocity. It can provide technical supports for safety barrier against pest invasion.
