在农机统计管理信息化现状的基础上,设计了基于微软(IIS)架构的系统解决方案,规划了系统的功能结构,并对程序开发过程的关键技术进行了分析与阐述。

Based on the analysis of the status of agricultural machinery information,the system solutions structure was designed based on the Microsoft （IIS）, and planning the functional structures. At last, the key technologies were analyzed and explained.
