On Chinese Characteristics of Administrative Legalized Construction

我国的行政法治化进程起始于改革开放初期,现在仍处在不断发展、不断完善的阶段。本文以中国特色为视角,具体分析改革开放以来我国行政法治化进程在缘起、理念、制度、执行以及进一步推进等方面所体现出来的特征,通过这些特征折射出的成功与不足,我们可以从中总结出有益的经验,从而为推进行政法治化不断走向深入提供借鉴。

The process of Chinese administrative legalized construction was initiated from initial stage of reform and opening - up, and now it is still in developing and perfecting stage. The paper, in the perspective of Chinese characteristics, specifically analyzes characteristics of the process of the administrative legalized construction in initiation, idea, system, practice and further promotion, by which can beneficial experiences from its success and lesson be concluded and references for the deep development of administrative legalized construction be provided.
