摘要
用Ｏｐｅｒｏｎ公司Ａ组引物对Ａｒｔｈｒｏｂｔｅｙｓ、Ｍｏｎａｃｒｏｓｆｏｒｉｕｍ２属、９种、１０个菌株的基因组ＤＮＡ进行了多态性分析，并根据其遗传距离指数对Ａｒｔｈｒｏｂｔｅｙｓ的７个菌株构建遗传树系图，并分析其遗传关系．同时应用ＲＡＰＤ对捕食性真菌种的分类鉴定进行了初步探索．
In this paper, 19 primers (from Operon Technologies) were evaluated for their usefulness in analysis of genetis relationship of Arthrobteys (9 isolates) and the genetic relationship dendrogram has been depicted. At the same time, the application of RAPD in identification of 10 species of Arthrobteys has been studied
