云南植物上冰核细菌的种类与分布 被引量:2

摘要 1990~1997年,从云南省24个县市的54种植物上分离到了197株冰核细菌,并进行了鉴定.其中菠萝欧文氏菌83株,占42.1%,草生欧文氏菌9株,占4.6%,流黑欧文氏菌3株,占1.5%,边缘假单胞菌10株,占5.0%,丁香假单胞菌71株,占36.0%,菜豆荚斑假单胞菌19株,占9.6%,草莓黄单胞菌1株,占0.5%,野油菜黄单胞菌1株,占0.5%.冰核细菌的种群和生态学在云南省植物上呈丰富的多样性.云南省植物上冰核活性细菌的优势种类是菠萝欧文氏菌,其次是丁香假单胞菌类. In 1990 to 1997, 197 strains of ice nucleation active ( INA ) bacteria on plants in Yunnan province, were isolated and identified.Among them,83 strains are E.ananas, make 42.1% of total amount,9 strains are E.herbicola, make 4.6% of total amount. The other species include E.nigifluence, P.marginalis, P.syringea pvs., P.veridiflava, X.campestris pvs. and X.gragariae, which have 3,10,71,19,1 and 1 strains,and make 1.5%,5.0%,36.0%,9.6%,0.5%,0.5% of the total amount respectively. The results indicate the species diversity of INA bacteria on plants in Yunnan province.
