低酸一步法催化麻疯果油制备生物柴油 被引量:3

摘要 以麻疯果油为原料,采用低酸一步法对生物柴油制备工艺进行了研究,分别考察了温度、催化剂用量、醇油比和反应时间对转化率的影响,通过响应面分析法对工艺参数进行优化,得到低酸一步法的最佳工艺条件:温度98℃、醇油质量比1.09∶1、催化剂添加量1.4%(w/w),反应时间18 h,实现转化率98%以上。 The technology to prepare biodiesel from jatropha curcas 1. seed oil by low- acid catalyzed on one step is studied. The effect of temperature, the amount of catalyst, ratio of alcohol to oil and reaction time on transforming rate is investigated. The technique parameters are optimized by response surface method which are reaction temperature 98℃, weight ratio of methanol to oil 1.09: 1, the amount of catalyst 1.4% (w/w) and reaction time 18h. Under this condition, transforming rate could be above 98%.
