烟草花叶病综合防治研究

Investigation of TMV Integrated ManagementH

经１９９４～１９９５年的调查研究及试验，制定了一套防治烟草花叶病的综合防治方案．即：用不带有烟草花叶病毒的土壤育苗，在袋苗期喷施防治植物病毒病的药剂３次，大田期再喷施２次．应用这一方案于６６６．７ｈｍ２烟田进行示范，获得病株率不超过１０％，病指不超过５的优良效果．对照区的病株率达６０％左右，病指３０左右．表明防治效果十分显著．

After two years' investigation and tests, a set of TMV integrated management method was developed. The method focus on using TMV-free soil for seedling, applying chemicals three times at seeding stage and two times after transplantation to control the virus. The technique was extent to more than 666 7 hm 2 of tobacco, and get a good result that the disease rate less than 10%, the disease index less than 5, while that of the control was 60% and 30.
