空调生产中的价值流分析及其改善 被引量:31

Research on the Application and Effect of the Value Stream Management in an Air conditioner Manufacturer

摘要 美的集团在现有空调生产过程中引入价值流管理,在实施过程中同时结合动作分析,SOE分析以识别现有价值流中的增值和非增值环节,进而基于5W1H、ECRS原则对现有生产线进行平衡、改善,最终形成价值流创新方案。经实测比较:目标生产线改善后生产效率提高50%,周期缩短2377S,能满足现有市场需求。 Value stream management is introduced in the existing air conditioner production line of Midea Group. Combined with the implementation of VSM, action analysis and SOE analysis are also applied to identifying the activities of both value-added and non-value-added in current value stream. Furthermore, the production line is balanced and improved on the basis of the principles of 5W1H and ECRS. The innovation program of value stream is proposed finally. The data of practical estimation show that yield of target line is increased by 50% with 2377S reduction in cycle time, which could meet the current market demand.
