基于激光散透比的牛乳脂肪测试技术研究

Study on the measurment of milk fat based on the ratio of scattered intensity to transmitted intensity

依据光散射原理,建立了利用散透比测量牛乳脂肪质量含量的理论模型,提出了牛乳脂肪质量含量的快速高准确度测量方法。实验结果表明,本方法能准确、快速的测量牛乳脂肪质量含量。

According to the light scattering theory, the theoretical model of measuring the content of milk fat by the ratio of scattered intensity to transmitted intensity has been obtained. In addition, the method of measuring milk fat content with high speed and accuracy has been presented. The experimental results show that this method can measure fat content in milk quickly and precisely.
