摘要
研究了粉煤灰与絮凝剂复合在活性染料废水处理中的应用。小试结果表明,不同絮凝剂与粉煤灰复合都能不同程度的提高粉煤灰对活性艳红染料的脱色率,其中MgSO4与粉煤灰的复合效果最好。MgSO4与粉煤灰复合的最佳配比为:粉煤灰加入量为10g/L,MgSO4的加入量为0.2g/L,脱色率为97.62%。MgSO4与粉煤灰复合还可加速絮体沉降,改善污泥脱水性能。
Studies were carried out on the application of fly ash and flocculant in dye wastewater treatment and the related mecha-nism was discussed. Reactive brilliant red was selected for the test experimental. Results showed that fly ash mixed with several traditional coagulants can improve the ability of sorption of reactive brilliant red. The ability of sorption of fly ash mixed with MgSO4 is the best. The best proportion of MgSO4 mixed with fly ash is:10g/L fly ash mixed with 0.2g/L MgSO4,the efficiency can up to 97.62%. Moreover,the addition of fly ash helped to accelerate the settling of the coagulation sludge.
