摘要
本文用乙二胺四乙酸二钠和正丁醇改善沉淀法白炭黑的性能,对生产过程阶段性取样,并用扫描探针显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析阶段性样品的颗粒显微结构;探讨了生产条件对阶段性样品颗粒显微结构的影响;分析了产品团聚现象与颗粒显微结构的相互关系。结果表明:生产条件明显影响沉淀法白炭黑原生颗粒的粒径和显微结构;改进生产工艺是提高沉淀法白炭黑产品的根本途径。
In this paper, the property of precipitated white carbon black is improved with EDTA and n-butanol, it is analyzed that the microstructure of precipitated white carbon black obtained from the production stages with the Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM) and the X Ray Diffractometry; The technology is explored that would influence the micro-structure of stages sample; the relation is discussed that existed between the Agglomeration property and the micro-structure. The result is: technology would obviously influence the diameter and micro-structure of the original particles of precipitated white carbon black; the main method is taking the improved technology to obtain the better product.
