摘要 对0.8-1.6μm波长范围内激光正入射两种格兰型钒酸钇棱镜的透射比进行了分析,理论分析表明:格兰.付科型钒酸钇棱镜的透射比高于格兰.泰勒型.搭建了一个偏光测试系统对棱镜的偏光性能进行测试,测试结果表明:格兰型钒酸钇棱镜的透射光强随旋转角出现周期性的扰动,扰动的出现影响了透射偏振光的质量.这为更好的研究钒酸钇棱镜的特性提供了重要的参考价值. This paper carries out transmissivity analysis of laser normal incidence for two Grand-YVO4 prism within wavelength range, and the theoretical analysis shows that the transmissivity for Glan-Foucasuh-YVO4 prism is higher than that for Glan-Taylor. A polarizing testing system is built to test the polarizing performance of prism, and the results show that the transmitted light intensity for Grand-YVO4 prism is perturbed periodically along with angle of rotation. The perturbation influences the quality of transmission polarized light, which offers important reference for better studying the characteristics of YVO4 prism.
