太极拳对老年人情绪、睡眠健康的影响 被引量:10

摘要 太极拳是我国传统的武术健身运动项目,为检测长期坚持太极拳对老年人睡眠、情绪健康的影响,选取40名老年人为研究对象,通过42周的长期太极拳训练,运用问卷调查法对训练前后睡眠质量及情绪进行调查分析,结果显示训练前、后PSQI得分分别为9.10±5.58和5.82±4.01,有显著性差异;训练前后SAS和SDS得分分别为48.5±8.6、45.6±7.8和35.6±5.4、34.4±6.8,有显著性差异,表明长期参加太极拳运动可以有效改善和提高老年人睡眠质量,并对老年人的心理健康有积极的作用. Taichi is a traditional martial art sports project for body building. In order to know the influence on sleep, emotion and health of the senior citizens by participating Taichi over a long period of time, 40 elder person were selected to be the research objects. Through 42 weeks of training in tai chi long-term, using of questionnaires before and after training on the quality of sleep and emotional analysis of the survey, results showed that training before and after the PSQI scores were 9.10±5.58 and 5.82 ±4.01, there are significant differences; training before and after SAS and SDS Scores were 48.5 ±8.6,45.6±7.8 and 35.6±5.4,34.4±6.8, there are significant differences. It shows that it can not only improve the sleep quality of senior citizens effectively by training Taichi continually, but also it has effectire affection on psychological health and enhancement of the quality of life.
