摘要
矿井开采进入深部以后,原有的锚杆支护方式及支护强度已很难适应深井煤巷的变形特征,巷道围岩变形根本无法满足矿井安全生产的需要,矿井生产受到严重影响。通过对夹河煤矿-950 m水平2442材料道复合顶板-、1 150 m水平突出区域7446运输机道采用可控预应力超高强锚杆支护、防底鼓管缝锚杆及施工工艺进行了分析,探讨了深部锚杆支护存在的问题。同时对深部如何充分发挥锚杆锚固作用,解决深部支护问题采取了切实可行的措施,取得了很好的支护效果。
After the coal mining reaches the deep mine, the original support ways and suport intensity have been very difficult to adopt to the deformation characteristics of the deep coal roadway, the deformation of surrounding rock can' t meet the needs of mine safety in production. The mine production is effected seriously. Jiahe - 950 m level of 2442 materials roadway compound roof, - 1 150 m level to highlight the region to adopt the 7446 transport roadway, the controlled ultra - high strength prestressed bolt support, anti - drum at the end of pipe joints and bolt construction technique are analyzed, the deep bolting support problems are discussed. At the same time, on how to fully play the role of bolts anchor effect, to solve the deep support problems, the practical measures are adopted. The good support effect is obtained.
