改造工艺系统 提高台时处理量

摘要 介绍了淮北选煤厂南区双号系统在原煤全重介改造以后,由于操作、原煤供应等工艺环节上存在不足,导致原煤全重介改造完成初期,系统台时处理量达不到设计要求,通过采用大分流的操作方法,改善介质的添加方式,改造原煤的供给等工艺环节等,加强了操作管理,既提高了旋流器的分选效果,又减少产品的带介,提高了介质回收的效果,在确保产品质量的基础上,使淮北选煤厂南区双号的系统处理量达到了300 t/h,达到了设计要求。 This thesis introduces the south double number system of Huaibei Coal Processmg Plant atter the transformation in the raw coal heavy medium reform due to the shortages in operation, raw coal supply causing the processing quantity can't meet the design requirements in the initial reformation period, by the big divergence, operating procedure, improving the medium additive way, transforming raw coal craft supplyon est. links strengthening the operation management, not only can enhance the cyclone separation effect, recluce the product medium, improve the recovered result but also guarantee the product quality make the system process load have achieved to 300 t/h and met the design requirements.
