摘要
对低势垒肖特基二极管检波器进行了微波特性分析,给出了小信号情况下的检波特性。利用优化方法对检波器内各种寄生及分布参量对频率响应和驻波特性的影响作出了定量分析,并以此研制出了标网检波器。理论分析与实验结果吻合良好。
The microwave characteristics of the low-barrier Schottky diode detector is studied in this paper. The characteristics of detection at low levels are given. The effect of the parasitic reactances and distribution parameters on the frequency response and VSWR is derived by using the optimization theory. Theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the experimental results.
