摘要
介绍了用于Ku波段TT&C地球站圆极化自跟踪馈源的设计方法,即对圆波导中跟踪的TE21模“强耦合”,对通信的TE11模及其它杂模“弱耦合”,并对耦合出的两路正交差信号巧妙地实现了圆极化。测试结果表明该馈源在10.7~14.9GHz频率范围内具有优良的和差辐射及匹配特性,和差隔离度优于40dB(不含滤波器),保证了宽频带、高性能的频谱复用。
This paper introduces the design of a Ku-band circular polarization feed which requires autotrack capability for TT&C earth station. The design has been done by “tight” coupling of TE 21 tracking mode. “loose” coupling of TE 11 mode and other undesired modes. Two orthogonal error signals coupled are polarized by unique 90° hybrid network. Test results show that the feed has very good radition pattern and match performance from 10.7GHz to 14.9GHz. Isolation between sum and error paths is greater than 40dB (without filter).This will ensure the frequency reuse network has high performance in a wide band.
