摘要 "5.12"汶川大地震后民族地区高校学生的心理健康状况和灾后体育锻炼对促进该群体心理重建起重着要作用。采用受灾学生身心状况评估表和自拟问卷,在震灾6个月后,对STR抽样的645名在震中经历地震的高校学生进行调查。发现大地震对该大学生群体的身心状况造成不同程度的影响,体育锻炼是灾后大学生心理重建的有效载体。 Objective: To know the state of psychological health of college students of ethnic minority regions and the function of physical exercise in psychological reconstruction after Wenchuan earthquake. Method: Six months after Wenchuan earthquake, papers and questionnaires to evaluate the psychological state of earthquake - stricken students are distributed and an investigation is conducted among 645 STR sampled students in Aba Teacher's College who experienced Wenchuan earthquake themselves. Result: Wenchuan earthquake has produced influence of various degrees on the psychological state of those students and physical exercise is an effective means to reconstruct a sound psychological state. Conclusion: College students affected by Wenchuan earthquake displays psychological problems of various degrees. Physical exercise is an important psychological intervention measure to help them reduce psychological pressure and regain psychological health.
