摘要
对高校体育师范生说课-微格强化训练进行了实践探索,采用问卷及录像分析,结合相关教学理论分析,认为采用说课-微格强化训练教学对体育师范生进行教学技能训练是可行的,具有培养目标突出、因人而异、区别提高、重点培养、学生易掌握等优势。能够缩短并优化教学进程,提高师范生教学技能。
Questionnaire and video analysis and relevant teaching theories are employed in this article to prove the feasibility of applying lecture - briefing - mieroteaching enhanced training to physical education teaching majors. It is concluded that this practice is target -focused, individual -oriented, and can be easily mastered by students and it can shorten and optimize the teaching process and improve students'teaching skill.
