摘要
目的:观察人参注射液对家兔凝血功能的影响。方法:通过对家兔连续使用人参注射液,观察并记录不同时间、不同剂量组PT和APTT的变化。结果:不论是各实验组内的不同观察时间之间还是各观察时间内不同实验组之间,PT或APTT结果均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对同一时间不同实验组之间两两比较发现两个指标的所有人参用药组均与对照组有显著性统计学差异;高剂量组与中剂量组除第2天无统计学差异外,其它均有统计学差异。结论:人参注射液能够延长家兔凝血时间,并且随着剂量和作用时间的增加,抗凝效果更明显。
Objective:To study the influence of ginseng injection on the blood coagulationg function of healthy rabbits.Method:Through the continuous use of ginseng injection on rabbits,to observe and record the changes of PT and APTT at different days and different doses.Results:Between no matter different observation times wthin each group or different groups wthin each observation time,the results of PT and APTT both have statistics difference(P<0.05).According to the Q test of mutiple comparison between different groups at the same time,all dose groups have statistics difference from control group.Conclusion:Ginseng injection could extend the blood clotting time,and with the increasing of time and doses,the anticoagulant effection becomes more obviously.
