The Association of Serum Levels of High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein and TC/HDL Ratio with Subocclusion Lesion in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

摘要 目的:探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白比值(TC/HDL)与冠心病次全闭塞病变的关系。方法:冠心病冠脉次全闭塞病变组89例,非次全闭塞病变117例为对照组,测定两组血清hs-CRP水平,计算TC/HDL比值,比较两组间差异。以Logistic回归分析血清hs-CRP水平、TC/HDL比值是否能独立预测冠心病次全闭塞病变,并计算其相对危险度(以OR值表示)。结果:次全闭塞病变组hs-CRP水平(5.22±2.88mg/L)明显低于对照组(9.15±6.56mg/L),P<0.01,TC/HDL比值(4.51±1.37)明显高于对照组(3.75±0.75),P<0.01。Logistic回归分析表明hs-CRP≤5mg/L(OR=3.26,P<0.01)、TC/HDL比值≥4(OR=2.88,P<0.01)可独立预测次全闭塞病变。结论:低血清hs-CRP水平及高TC/HDL比值是冠心病冠脉次全闭塞病变的独立预测因素。 Objective:To investigate the association of serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and TC/HDL ratio with subocclusion lesion in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD).Method:Serum levels of hs-CRP,total cholesterol(TC)and high density lipoprotein(HDL)were measured in 206 patients undergoing coronary angiography,patients were divided into two groups based on the presence(subocclusion lesion group,n=89)/absence(control group,n=117)of subocclusin lesion.Logistic regression analysis was used to identify value of the serum hs-CRP levels and TC/HDL ratio in the prediction of subocclusin lesion in patients with CAD.Results:Serum levels of hs-CRP(5.22±2.88 mg/L)in patients with subocclusin lesion group were significantly lower than those of control(9.15±6.56 mg/L,P<0.01),TC/HDL ratio was significantly higher(4.51±1.37)in patients with subocclusin lesion group than that of control(3.75±0.75,P<0.01),respectively.Logistic regression analysis revealed that hs-CRP≤5 mg/L(OR=3.26,P<0.01)and TC/HDL ratio ≥4(OR=2.88,P<0.01)were independent predictors for subocclusion lesion.Conclusion:Lower serum levels of hs-CRP and higher TC/HDL ratio were independent predictors for subocclusion lesion in patients with CAD.
