特发性持续性心房颤动患者C反应蛋白水平变化及其对复律效果的影响

Changes of C-reaction Protein Level in Patients with Idiopathic Persistent Atrial Fibrillation and Its Effects on Cardioversion

摘要 目的:观察特发性持续性房颤(IPAF)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化及其对IPAF复律的影响。方法:采用免疫荧光比浊法检测42例IPAF患者及60例健康人血清hs-CRP水平。将IPAF患者分成高hs-CRP亚组和低hs-CRP亚组。对所有IPAF患者行药物及电复律治疗,复律后随访6个月,比较高hs-CRP亚组和低hs-CRP亚组的房颤复发率。结果:IPAF组hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访结束时,高hs-CRP亚组的房颤复发率显著高于低hs-CRP亚组(P<0.01)。结论:hs-CRP与房颤的发生有密切关系;hs-CRP水平与IPAF的预后有关。 Objective:To observe the high sensitivity C-reaction protein(hsCRP)level of patients with idiopathic persistent atrial fibrillation(IPAF),and to investigate the effects of hsCRP level on cardioversion to treat IPAF.Method:The hsCRP level of forty-two patients with IPAF(IPAF group)and sixty normal person in controlled group were detected.Patients in IPAF group were divided into high hsCRP subgroup and low hsCRP subgroup according to hsCRP levels.All patients with IPAF were treated with cardioversion either by Amiodarone or defibrillation.After successful cardioversion,all patients were followed up for 6 months.The recurrence rates of two subgroups were compared.Results:The CRP level of IPAF group was significant higher than that of controlled group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of high hsCRP subgroup were significant higher than that of low hsCRP subgroup(P<0.01).Conclusion:There was a close relationship between hsCRP and AF.The hsCRP level was involved in the prognosis of IPAF.
