论体育教学中的心理训练

摘要 从训练效果,教学中的心理障碍及实际的情况分析了在体育教学中实施心理训练的必要性,剖析心理训练的动作技能、心理状态、训练情境的具体内容,分析了常见的心理训练的方法,最后提出了进行心理训练的几个原则。
