摘要
高职院校英语教师的职业倦怠会严重危害教师的身心健康,影响教学效果。工作压力过大,多重角色冲突,个人发展机会缺失是其职业倦怠产生的主要原因。可从积极应对压力,合理定位自己,领导鼓励支持等方面着手解决英语教师的职业倦怠。
English teachers' burnout in vocational colleges can physically and mentally harm them and seriously affect teaching. Among the causes are much stress, multi-role conflict, and lack of personal development opportunities. English teachers' actively coping with stress, accurately understanding themselves and authorities' support can help to relieve their burnout.
