柱前衍生化—高效液相色谱法测定牛磺酸的条件优化 被引量:6

摘要 采用自行制备的反相高效液相色谱柱,以2,4-二硝基氟苯为衍生化试剂,色谱条件为:流动相醋酸钠缓冲溶液-乙腈(体积比875∶125),检测波长360nm,外标法定量。得到最佳衍生条件为4.36μmol牛磺酸和0.4%DNFB0.1mL,pH=7。对鲍鱼样品进行了测定,测得鲍鱼中牛磺酸含量1.12g/100g,此方法回收率与精密度试验结果较好。 Taurine was determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method. Derivatized with 2,4-dinitro-fluorobenzene, NaAc-Methanol(V:V=875:125) as mobile phase, with wavelength 360 nm. The external standard method was used. Get the best derivatized condition: 4.36 μmol taurine and 0.4% DNFB 0.1 mL, pH=7. This method was used for abalone, the content of taurine in abalone was 1.12 g/100 g. This method has betler recovery and nrecision.
