摘要
文章论述了第三代移动通信系统的发展过程、运行环境及关键技术,探讨了实现终端及个人移动性和多样化业务而需要采用的多项技术,如多址技术、ATM技术、软件无线电技术、智能天线阵技术以及移动性管理和智能网技术等.
The development process and operation environment of the third mobile communication systems is discussed in this paper. It is investigated that adopting the diverse technologies satisfies the mobility of the terminal & personality and the multi-services.
