我国高校学生工作要适应新形势的要求,必须在坚持"以人为本、服务至上"高校学生工作理念的基础上进行不断地创新和探索。江苏技术师范学院学生社区"110"是这类探索的一个突出典型。本文介绍了学生社区"110"的具体情况,并研究了其可持续发展。

The university ＂students＇ work of our country should adapt to the demand of the new situation. On the basis of insisting on the concept of university students＇ work of ＂people-oriented, serving-uppermost＂, the university students＇ work need constant innovation and exploration. The students＇ community ＂110＂ of the Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology is a outstanding model of this kind of exploration. This paper introduces the idiographic complexion of the students＇ community ＂110＂ ,and studies its continuable development.
