摘要
为了检测某型直升机尾桨叶大梁的裂纹,需要设计专用横波探头。根据桨叶厚度以及裂纹的特点,认为横波探头设计的关键在于晶片的工作频率、晶片的入射角和晶片的尺寸的选取,由理论分析和实例说明了确定各个参数的方法,通过实际应用证明效果良好。
In order to test the crack of the stroke oar leaf's crossbeam of a certain helicopter, we need to design a special transverse wave probe. According to the flaw characters and the thickness of the stroke oar leaf, it is brought up that the design hinge of ultrasonic transverse wave probe is operating the frequency, the angle and the shape of the wafer, from the theories analysis and experiment we design a measure for confirming every parameter, which is proved good by experiment.
