摘要
外源DNA浓度是影响玉米开苞导入技术转化效率的主要因素之一。采用玉米开苞导入技术将玉米自交系13A的总DNA以不同浓度分别导入受体玉米自交系沈109和系599中,得到了广泛的变异。结果表明,供体DNA的浓度对导入后代的结实率和转化率都有影响,供体DNA的浓度在500~800μg/mL为宜。
Exogenous DNA concentration is one of main factors which influenced frequencies of variation of opening-bract transformation of maize. In this study, total DNA extracted from inbred lines (13A) was introduced into Shenl09, Xi599 and gained broad variation. The results showed that exogenous DNA concentration effect on the harvested seed number and transformation of progenies. It should be 500 - 800 ug/mL.
