摘要
从60条随机引物中选择12对组合,对玉米弯孢叶斑病菌基因组DNA进行随机扩增,共扩增出128条遗传标记,根据这些标记使用Statistic统计软件对菌株之间相互关系进行聚类分析。结果表明,菌株间最高相似系数为87%,最低为47%。22个供试菌株在连锁距离0.4范围内全部聚在一起,树状图上的菌株可分成5~6组。a组包括98-36、98-25、98-17、98-07、98-01和98-28菌株,是遗传基础最接近的一组。
From 60 random primers, 12 pairs of primers were selected to amplify the genome of Curvularia lunata, The results indicated that 128 genetic markers got amplified. On the basis of these markers, the relationships between different isolates of Curvularia lunata were clustered. The results showed that the highest similarity coefficient between these isolates was 87%, and the lowest one was 47%. When the linked distance was 0.4, 22 isolates were clustered into one group. The isolates can be divided into 5-6 groups, among the groups, group a contained 6 isolates: 98-36, 98-25, 98-17, 98-07, 98-01 and 98-28, their genetic distance was the closest one.
