摘要 应用随机扩增多态性DNA技术,对采自我国不同地区的玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum)39个菌株的DNA遗传多样性进行研究。结果表明,可将39个菌株基本分成5组,并且在同一组内不同菌株间的遗传多样性也有差异。来自不同地区相同品种上的菌株和同一地区不同品种的菌株的DNA多态性存在差异,表明我国玉米大斑病菌中具有丰富的种内遗传多态性。 Using random amplified polymorphic DNA technique, thirty-nine Exserohilum turcicum isolates on maize that from different geographic areas were tested for DNA genetic diversity. The results showed that 39 isolates of Exserohilum turcicum were divided into five groups and the genetic diversity also existed within the same group of the isolates. There were difference in genetic diversity of isolates that from different geographic origins with the same host and from the same geographic area with different hosts. The rich genetic diversity was found among the isolates of E. tureicum on maize.
