In order to improve the English learners＇ ability of socializing and the ability of using English, college English teachers should put special emphasis on effective training of listening and speaking. The development of interact has offered new methods for the traditional teaching. Nowadays, with the help of intemet and multimedia, we can use practical and effective measures to improve the comprehensive ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing combined with the reasonable design in the textbook.
