摘要
目的:通过观察盐酸戊乙奎醚、山莨菪碱在气管内麻醉中对呼吸及循环的影响,判定术中及术后有效抑制腺体分泌的方案。方法:将80例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级的患者随机分为四组。A组为空白对照组;B组静脉注射山莨菪碱10mg;C组静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚0.01mg/kg;D组静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚0.02mg/kg。四组均行气管内静吸复合麻醉。记录各时点的Bp、HR、SpO2监测值。结果:患者在麻醉前静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚后血压和心率有所下降,但不明显。A组和盐酸戊乙奎醚组患者在围术期血压及心率均较基础值低,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。莨菪类药组患者在注药后心率较基础值增快,且与其余组的组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚0.02mg/kg可有效的抑制患者术中及术后口腔、气管内的分泌物,不增加心率,有利于手术中及术后管理,提高全麻患者的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the inhibition effect of gland secretion during and after the operation thought out observing two drugs as Scopolia tang'utica Maxim and Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Injection on the respiration and the circulationare during the endotracheat anesthesia. Method Total180 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients were randomly divided into 4 groups. Group A was blank, group B was using intravenous injection of Scopolia tangutiea Maxim (10 mg) , group C was using intravenous injection of Penehyelidine Hydrochloride (0.01 mg/ kg) , group D was using intravenous injection of Penehyelidine Ifydrochloride (0.02mg/kg). All groups used intravenous and inhalation combined anesthesia. Bp, I IR and SpaO2 at the specified time points were recorded. Results The patients with intravenous injection of Penebyclidine Hydrochloride before anesthesia, their Bp and HR decreased a little. The patients in group A and group C&D, their HR and Bp during the operation were lower than the basic value, but the comparison between the above groups was not statistical significance. HR and Bp of patients in group B compared with the basic value, increased after intravenous injection of Scopolia tangutica Maxim, the comparison between group B and other groups was statistical significance. Conclusion The intravenous injection of Penehyelidine Hydrochloride (0.02mg/kg) will effectually inhibit the secretion in mouth and trachea during and after the operation, it cannot increase HR, make the patients' management better during and after the operation, and is more safety for the patients in general anesthesia.
