摘要
在高效率隔爆型电动机的设计中,最大的问题就是既要提高电动机的运行效率,又不能明显增加电机重量,控制电机尺寸,节约材料成本。介绍在高效率隔爆型电动机设计中所采用的几种技术方法对其进行全面的方案优化设计,使该系列产品试制完全满足技术条件要求,并具有效率高、重量轻、噪声低、振动小、外形美观等优点。
design of high-efficiency flame-proof motor, the biggest matter is to improve operation efficiency without increasing weight for controlling size of motor and economizing material cost. This paper introduces some kinds of methods in optimum design of high-efficiency flame-proof motor to meet requirements of technical specification. The motor has the advantages of high efficiency, light weight, low noise, small vibration and beautiful appearance, etc.
