摘要
核酸能增强芦丁-La3+体系荧光强度。在最佳实验条件下,fsDNA和yRNA的浓度分别在0.08~10和0.1~9mg/L范围内与体系的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,其检出限分别为0.08和0.054mg/L。该法已用于合成样品的测定,结果令人满意。另外,还研究了体系的相互作用和荧光的增强机理。
Experiments indicate that nucleic acid could enhance the fluorescence intensity of La^3 + -rutin system. Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity of the system is in proportion to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range of 0.08 - 10 mg/L for fsDNA and 0.1 - 9 mg/L for yRNA, and their detection limits are 0,08 mg/L for fsDNA, and 0.054 mg/L for yRNA, respectively. The synthetic samples were satisfactorily determined. In addition, the mechanism for the interaction and fluorescence enhancement of the system was studied.
